We recommend that you call six weeks before your move, if possible. Planning in advance ensure that your moving date will be reserved, and gives us time to work with you to plan details ahead of time.

We encourage you to have a Green Moving & Storage trained representative to meet with you early in your planning. If we have time to review your plans and help you construct a plan of action, we can then give you a reasonable idea of costs so you can begin creating a budget for your move.

It is best if there is a minimum number of people involved on moving day. Ideally there should be one person at each location who is authorized to coordinate the move. This will keep the process moving quick and efficiently.

It is important to make sure you have approval before moving leased office equipment. They may prefer that items that are released are moved by them, but we do have the experience to safely move them if acceptable.

Because it depends on the model of the filing cabinet, we recommend that you consult with Green Moving & Storage prior to moving your office. If we decide that files do not need to be packed, we have specialized plastic packing crates for rent from our Moving Supplies Department to help with transportation.

After all your employees have settled into your new business location, you may find that you would like to relocate some of your office equipment and furniture. For this reason, we suggest that you include a revisit in your commercial moving plans. We can quickly make these adjustments for you, helping to ensure that you are comfortable in your new site.
